1. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


Shipping Time:

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

The total delivery time is up to 13 business days, which includes both processing and shipping time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

 

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.


3. Where do you ship from?

We work with carefully selected fulfillment partners.

Some orders may ship from international partner warehouses, allowing us to offer a wider curated selection.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

6. What is your return policy?


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

7. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item along with your order number.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

 

8. My package did not arrive — what now?


If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
